In this time I have had to establish new and improve existing dealers, build on and improve the communication chains between ourselves and our dealer network.

As the Export Sale Manager, I was responsible for
Vehicle sales to the right hand drive Export Markets outside of South Africa, the territory consisted of seven countries, sixteen dealerships, as well as Key Account Clients within the Southern Africa region, including Mauritius, Seychelles and Madagascar (LHD).
Administer all sales activities for all Export Vehicles of IVECO and ensure the achievement of all Export Sales Targets and analyse all company objectives and negotiate on prices to achieve maximum sales volumes.
Maintain IVECO Export Dealers within the assign territories and perform regular visits to all sites, provide required training to all staff and forecast all sales volume for various projects whilst maintaining knowledge on the IVECO product range.
Assist to prepare territory budgets, AVP's and recommend appropriate Export Dealers for all assigned regions while designing organisation projects and facilitate in sales.
Develop all objectives and goals for Export Market Sales and net revenue for all Export activities. Implement all new product launches to achieve all sales objectives.
Design all required marketing and sales program for the Export Territory and maintain knowledge on all competitor products. Participate in various exhibitions and seminars.
Analyse all market and country reports to identify new business opportunities to expand business and maintain an efficient portfolio.
Collaborate with the Marketing and Network Departments to analyse all market activities and manage all communication with the Technical Department to perform various tests on products and ensure optimal quality of all products to ensure maximum reliability and customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain professional relationships with all clients and analyse all customer requirements to meet the clients' expectations.
Prepare all contracts with suppliers and distributors in accordance with IVECO's policies.
Evaluate all sales and service programs to establish appropriate product requirements.
