06 January 2014 i started working at teledirect under a campaign named GEMS, Government Employees Medical Scheme. It was a call centre both inbound and outbound. I did both i have both experience, it was a medical aid. Assisted client about the queries they had.
It is a very great experience assisting client helping them with whatever problems they had.
11 March 2015 started working for First National bank(FNB) i am a KYC Administrator . it is a great experience working there because i help clients regarding the accounts.
My position there is Collate daily statistics and prepare for daily operational meetings
together with Team leader.
I introduced mini projects in the office to keep track of operations
and daily functions associated with the current role.
This role is a support operational area.
The main functions include daily vetting and updating of business
Commercial documentation and request from business managers
relating to KYC,FICA,implemented by government and SARS.
Manage a large mailbox consisting of clients` outstanding business documents
To review, upload on FNB system and re-distribute of documents to various areas in the unit
Quick quality assurance of business documents to make sure correct documents uploaded on the FNB system, Hogan, Sibel, Egama and finix.
It would be a very great honour for me to join your team as i have the experince
