I have worked for 15 years in magazines, and 12 of them have been as an art director at Essentials, Heat and then Grazia magazine. I was at Media24 for 10 years as of last year. I have been freelancing at a design firm since December 2017, and have had quite a bit of experience with digital/Interactive PDFs and more corporate work.
I studied at AAA School of advertising and received my diploma specializing in Graphic Design. I've lead teams of designers at both heat and Grazia magazine.
I am proficient in InDesign, Photoshop and capable in Illustrator. I don't have web experience, but I am able to pick up what needs to be quite quickly.
As fro social media, I'm very interested in photography and have my own Instagram account which I've built up over the years. At Grazia, we had huge followings on various social media platforms, and I had to control the Facebook page.
I have experience moving from one brand to the next, and being able to adapt to whatever brand world a specific title lives in, and with heat and Grazia both being weekly magazines, I am also able to keep quite stringent deadlines.
