Teboho hails from a Free State town known as Kgotsong near Bothaville, but has been living in Gauteng Province for the past 15 years. He joined The South African Ballet Theatre (SABT) in May 2010 as the company's Stakeholder Relationship Manager until January 2012.
After Matric, he joined Kgotsong Arts and Cultural Forum as a voluntary General Secretary, where he worked on several projects including 'Arts Festival' with the Performing Arts Council of the Free State (PACOFS). He thereafter went to Pretoria and join the Supa Life company as a Salesperson, followed by a period at Falke Hosiery (Manufacturing). In 2000, he joined Bona Art Assembly, a Non-Profit Organisation in Pretoria as a student of Dramatic Arts. Teboho also became part of the organisation's conceptualizing, writing, directing and producing team. He facilitated several productions and marketed them to schools, institutions, companies, and government departments. He also performed in various corporate gigs for clients such as the Department of Water Affairs, Eskom, PanSalb etc. While at Bona Art Assembly, Teboho also conducted research projects on HIV/Aids, Drugs and Substance Abuse for the community- outreach programmes.
In 2002, he joined the in-house Radio Station at Dr.George Mukhari Hospital in Ga-Rankuwa (Pretoria) conducting content research on health related matters; radio presenting; producing; music; news compiling / editing and reading on part-time basis. He also enrolled for B.A Languages & Literature (CRM) with UNISA same year, as a distance learning student.
In 2005, Teboho joined IMM GSM (IMM Group) in Johannesburg as a temporary Telemarketer. He was soon appointed as a full-time Student Liaison/Sales Consultant driving sales; co-ordinating; liaison and advising the student body. He worked closely on the group's sales and marketing campaigns as well as programme managing some international strategic partners such as Scotland based Heriot-Watt University's Edinburgh Business School (EBS) postgraduate programmes. He helped the institution to enrol 100 new MBA students within a period of 15 months...and this is a major highlight of his career in the service industry.
Teboho studied B.A. Languages and Literature (Creative Writing) and later converted to a more market-related B.A. Communication Science degree with UNISA. (Study continues). He has also managed to complete a number of notable corporate courses in Sales/Marketing/Customer Relationship Management etc, including graduating with Common Purpose as an International Navigator (Global Leadership Programme) in 2010.
