Zim caught on the web
The Zimbabwe Internet Report (aka Zi.Report - pronounced Zy as in why) is an initiative from recently formed online media group, Aripano Infinity, that aims to keep track of events and innovations that have a Zimbabwean slant on the internet.

According to the website, The Zimbabwe Internet Report is an online service that reports on the internet industry in Zimbabwe and its diaspora.
The site also takes a look at other activities in the technology industry both within Zimbabwe and around the world.
The aims of the project are to:
- Create a culture of collaboration and co-operation among internet and technology practitioners in Zimbabwe.
- Raise the standard of internet services (web design, ISPs, IAPs, etc) in Zimbabwe through analysis, commentary and challenging the status quo.
- Keep the IT and business communities updated on the goings on in the Zimbabwean space of online world.
- Update Zimbabweans on international technology developments that may affect their lives.
- Assist the public in making better decisions by providing information on different providers, software and services.
- Maintain a record of internet- and technology-related achievements in Zimbabwe.
The site is currently working on compiling historical data on Internet developments in Zimbabwe from as far back as 1995.
