Executive Personal Assistant
A company within the property industry is looking for an executive personal assistant to join their team.
The PA will report directly to the owner of the company.
Key responsibilities:- Provide high-level administrative support to the company owner.
- Manage the owner’s calendar, schedule meetings, and organise appointments.
- Handle confidential documents and communications.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for meetings.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders on behalf of the owner.
- Oversee office administration tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:- Proven experience as an executive or personal assistant, preferably in the property industry.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure.
Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Relevant certifications or qualifications (advantageous).
Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (08h00 - 17h00)
