Responsibilities:- Engage with customers in a retail setting to identify their needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for every customer.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by management.
- Assist with merchandising and maintaining a tidy and organised sales environment.
Requirements:- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
Additional requirements:- Grade 12/N4 equivalent.
- Willing to travel and relocate.
