TV and radio presenting course

I would like to be a TV & radio presenter , but don't know where to start. NO experience, but willing to start anywhere. Please help.

I am 24yrs old currently a Sales/Marketing consultant. Very confident,talkative and spontaneous, quick learner and outgoing.
