Qualified, talented, and willing-

I recently qualified under the ND: PRM and highly looking for mentorship in the industry while i complete my Degree. However the search landed me with rude switchboard operators.
While working for a PR Consultancy as an intern, i managed to acquare an understanding of the hectivity of such operations, however it does not necessarily mean that Senior Consultants within these operations should fail to even mail correspondance emails: either regreting an application or confirming receival of an application sent via email. I believe that PR should not sorely be practiced in large settings, like handling big accounts for important clients and so on.
In essence, a little effort such as correspondance, really goes a long way, in establishing best PR Practices
