    Robert Marawa.

While it is an unforgettable feature in our country-the freedom of expression doctrine does not, it does not or at least should not lead to us using it inappropriately. I refer to the comment posted on this forum(above) by one learnered vincent seloane. Chief, if you want to now make allegations that Marawa is jubilant that he is going to be getting a lot of tv coverage, think carefully in assessment. When did Marawa join the pay channel? when he joined the pay channel, wasnt there an 80% chance that the (then existing) relationship between the psl and sabc would continue??? I am yet to find a person who would not answe the second question in the affirmative. So let us agree, Robert Marawa left sabc tv(who had the televising rights) and went to supersport(to cover less games). So in actual fact he was losing out as at it happened then, the pay channel was purchasing broadcasting rights from the sabc.It would seem to me that at that definitive moment Mr. Marawa was not really concerned with covering more games. It was rather, a step to growth and anyway, change is good. If you can change before we get tired of you...good if you (in that stance) are able to earn a better living than bravo. Let us not get issues mixed up. It was not wrong for Robert to interview his boss on sabc radio. If anybody would challenge this morally, then we are in fact not yet free.
