Primedia appoints four new directors to the board

Primedia has appointed four independent and non-executive directors to its board:

- Mike Bosman (FCB South Africa)
- Boni Dibate (Chief executive of SA Express Airways)
- Humphrey Khoza (chief of National lottery)
- Sindi Zilwa (Chairman of accounting firm Nkonki Sizwe Ntsaluba)
