Charles Mogale, a former Sunday World editor, has taken over as editor of Drum magazine. John Relihan, publisher of Drum, says: "We look forward to having Charles at the helm of Drum, which turned 50 last year. The magazine is one of the most known media brands across Africa. It is also an integral part of the history of South Africa and has been the fearless voice of the people for five decades."
