Job description
Are you a motivated who is able to build relationships and drive results in the field? We are looking for hard working individuals to represent our company and deliver exceptional results.In Vision Marketing is a direct sales and marketing company that is based on face to face interactions with customers to generate sales. No previous work experience is required as our company believes in building and moulding our partners to generate sales using our marketing system, therefore we provide training to our partners on a daily basis.
In our company you will get the opportunity to travel to various places as we believe that travelling gives people more knowledge and experiences. We also give incentives to individuals that meet and maintain their sales goals.
Duties as a Sales Agent
- Evaluate customers needs
- Create and maintain customers database
- Maintain client records
- Attend sales meetings and training
- Present and demonstrate sales proposals to potential customers
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs
- Planning sales strategies
- Educating consumers on product features
- Resolving customer complaints
- Effectively generating sales to reach your sales target
Requirements
