Commission Splits : 70%
Incentives : Monthly/ Quarterly/Annual
Stipend : 2 Months
Steller-Intermediate Advisor
Intermediate financial advisors must have solid experience and must be able to offer competent financial planning
Commission Splits : 80%
Incentives : Monthly/ Quarterly/Annual
Stipend : 2 Months
Lumminious-Senior Financial Advisor
Senior Financial Advisors must have extensive experience and a deep understanding of financial planning and have an established network.
Commission Splits : 90%-95% production performance
Incentives : Monthly/ Quarterly/Annual
Stipend : 2 Months
Celestial-Executive Financial Advisor
Top Tier advisor must have strong credentials, experts in financial planning, a track record of success and high level client satisfaction. Must be willing and able to mould New to Industry Advisors.
Commission Splits : 90%-95%% Plus split up to 15% based on New Industry Advisor
Incentives : Monthly/ Quarterly/Annual
