Rental Agent - George (Western Cape)
Seeking a dynamic and motivated professional to manage and oversee rental properties
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee a diverse portfolio of rental properties.
- Conduct property viewings, inspections, and ensure properties meet high standards.
- Handle tenant and owner queries and expertly manage lease agreements.
- Perform market analysis to set competitive rental rates.
- Coordinate timely property maintenance and repairs.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants and property owners.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Rental Agent.
- Proficiency in operating RAMS (WeConnectU) software.
- Relevant qualifications in real estate or property management.
- Strong understanding of the South African rental and sales market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in property management software.
- Highly organized with great attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
