Main purpose of the job:

As a project manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they meet client expectations, are delivered on time, and stay within budget. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, and strategists, to ensure seamless project execution and outstanding results.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client goals.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear communication.
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure project objectives are understood and met.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing potential issues proactively.
• Facilitate meetings and brainstorming sessions to encourage collaboration and creativity.
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure that all projects adhere to agency processes and quality standards.

Key competencies/skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a project manager in a creative agency or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Trello, Asana).
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and clients.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to changing project needs.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and creative processes is a plus.
