Who are we looking for?
We are searching for a dynamic and experienced PR Account Director who thrives in a fast-paced, client-centric environment. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities and a passion for driving PR campaigns that resonate across digital, traditional, and integrated platforms. You should be skilled in managing complex client accounts, leading teams, and fostering growth.

What will you do?
  • Client leadership: Lead the execution of multiple client programs, overseeing budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Team leadership: Mobilise cross-functional teams, including media, digital, and creative, to ensure high-quality outputs that meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Client relations: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, offering strategic counsel and fostering trust.
  • Innovation and quality: Continuously suggest improvements and new ideas to enhance client work, staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Talent development: Mentor and develop team members, creating a positive and inclusive team culture.
What do you need?
  • Experience: Proven experience in PR or communications with solid media liaison skills and expertise.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience mentoring junior staff.
  • Client-centric: Ability to build strong client relationships and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Business acumen: Solid understanding of budgeting, billing, and financial oversight in client management.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work seamlessly with internal teams and external partners, fostering a collaborative environment.
