Who we’re looking for

We are seeking an experienced growth leader with a hunter mentality—someone with extensive FMCG experience, especially in sales, activations, and merchandising. This role is for a proactive individual who thrives on setting and achieving ambitious targets, building strong relationships, and driving business expansion through strategic insight and tenacity.

What you will do

You will be responsible for shaping and executing a country-wide growth strategy, delivering results through dynamic leadership. Key areas include:
  • Strategic planning: Develop and implement growth plans, manage budgets, and consistently exceed targets.
  • New business development: Drive growth by building a robust pipeline, networking with senior stakeholders, and fostering key partnerships.
  • Sales and activations: Identify high-impact market opportunities, lead client-focused activations, and implement sales strategies that deliver measurable success.
  • Implementation: Oversee the execution of client solutions, negotiate resources, and ensure seamless delivery that meets client expectations.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Postgraduate degree in marketing or brand management (NQF level eight).
  • Experience: Ten to twelve years in sales, activations, or merchandising within FMCG, with at least three years in a senior leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong client service, relationship-building, financial acumen, and expertise in RFP processes.
