Responsibilities:- Daily/weekly/monthly tasks to deadlines
- Self-motivated, efficient and energetic personality
- Ability to function both in team and independently, with or without supervision
- Willingness to learn and grow.
- Collect, organise and file all paperwork
- Order, track and control stationary, and cleaning products
- Office housekeeping
- Preparation of Excel Sheets
- Recon control accounts
- Capture invoices and payments receivable
- Credit note management and follow to bank
- Match invoices to GRV's
- Clocking system management
- Staff hour processing
- Supplier payment allocation
- Processing remittances
- Creditors/debtors liaison and communication
- Month-end and weekly reports
- Performing variance control
- Q-Pro and SHE File
- Department of labour and staff file management
- Notice/staff communication/file and folder management
- Tracking supervisor incentive activities
- Collect and check paperwork completed
- Five days per week (8-5) and after-hours communications availability
- Be available for occasional weekend work
- Will report to owners/accountant
