Seeking a dynamic and motivated professional to manage and oversee rental properties.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee a diverse portfolio of rental properties.
• Conduct property viewings, inspections, and ensure properties meet high standards.
• Handle tenant and owner queries and expertly manage lease agreements.
• Perform market analysis to set competitive rental rates.
• Coordinate timely property maintenance and repairs.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants and property owners.

Requirements:

• Minimum of three years of experience as a rental agent.
• Proficiency in operating RAMS (WeConnectU) software.
• Relevant qualifications in real estate or property management.
• Strong understanding of the South African rental and sales market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in property management software.
• Highly organised with great attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
