Our client is seeking a stock and sample controller who will be responsible for managing, issuing, and maintaining control over stock, including seeds and packaging materials, as well as handling the receipt, packing, and dispatch of samples.

Key responsibilities:

• Stock management
  
  • Oversee stock of seeds and packaging materials.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels through effective control measures.
• Stock counting
  
  • Conduct quarterly stock counts to ensure accuracy.
• Administration
  
  • Maintain manual stock records using spreadsheets.
• Sample management
  
  • Receive and log sample requests.
  • Prepare and pack samples according to requests.
  • Dispatch samples efficiently.

Requirements:

• Grade 12/Matric qualification.
• Proven experience in stock control and warehouse operations.
