Dealer Principal

Our client in the automotive industry is looking to employ an experienced dealer principal for their dealership based in Mpumalanga.

Duties and responsibilities (include but are not limited to)

• Manage all aspects of the dealership and encourage effective and positive teamwork.
• Recruit and retain skilled staff.
• Monitor sales, workshop, and parts departments to ensure profitability.
• Improve stock turnover, increase sales, and ensure customer satisfaction and standards.
• Control cash flow, stock, and assets.
• Ensure compliance with legislative changes.
• Develop business plans and implement cost-saving initiatives.

• 15 or more years of experience in the automotive industry, with a proven record in dealership management.
• Senior certificate.
• Strong financial and business acumen.
• Previous sales management experience and current dealer principal experience in the retail motor industry.
