Senior Safety Officer – Immediate Start | Dubai, UAE We are hiring on behalf of a reputable construction contracting company in Dubai, renowned for prioritising safety across its large scale civil construction projects. They are urgently seeking a qualified Senior Safety Officer to join their HSE team.

About the Role
An excellent opportunity for a dedicated Senior Safety to lead safety initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance across active construction sites. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of UAE HSE regulations and be certified in industry-recognised safety programmes.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor health and safety procedures on construction sites
• Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits
• Deliver toolbox talks, safety briefings, and training sessions
• Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and client HSE requirements
• Maintain safety documentation and records in accordance with standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Safety Officer in the UAE construction contracting sector
• NEBOSH and IOSH certifications (or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of UAE health and safety regulations and site protocols
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage emergency situations and enforce safety standards effectively
