Workshop Manager
Our client, a leading company in the automotive industry committed to excellence in manufacturing and production are seeking an experienced
workshop/service manager to oversee and optimise our production operations in Polokwane.
Minimum Requirement:
- Minimum of three years management experience in a dealership setting
- Motor Mechanic Trade Test Certificate
- Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
- Computer literate (Office Suite)
- Driver’s licence
Advantageous requirements:- Management diploma.
- Managerial experience within the motor dealership industry.
- Effective understanding of financial budgeting principals.
- Effective understanding of electrical technology
- Effective understanding of the Occupational Health & Safety Act (1993)
- Effective understanding of the Consumer Protection Act and the Protection of Personal Information Act.
Responsibilities:- Lead, develop and motivate staff
- Supervise service department staff members
- Drive the productivity, efficiency, and the customer service index.
- Managing cost and increase the profitability of the service and department
