Pabi is the former Country Manager at Universum with over 15 years of various business experiences mostly surrounding sales, business development and marketing. She has founded EB Koach to assist companies to understand their talent and build on their employer branding efforts, while also assisting employees to expand and find ways to assess and find their place in the workplace or working world. Koach is derived from the Hebrew word koach - meaning "strength, power, or might".

Pabi aims to bring the art of Employer Branding to life in the southern African market. She believes that relationships are the key to unlocking hidden markets and enabling talent to connect with them.
