Automotive Commercial Workshop Team Leader

Our client is looking for an experienced workshop team leader with commercial vehicle experience. The main focus of the job will be the successful management of the workshop's productive team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily workflow in the commercial vehicle workshop
- Manage breakdown status and progress
- Compile technical reports, quotations and feedback to management
- Liaise with suppliers regarding outwork status
- Enforce discipline and general housekeeping of the workshop
- Be hands-on and also work on commercial vehicles where needed
- Master Technician Qualification (preferred)
- Minimum five years experience as a Qualified Diesel (Commercial Vehicle) mechanic
- Master Technician Qualification (preferred)
- Experience on more than one popular commercial vehicle brand will be beneficial
- Code 14 drivers license will be an added benefit
Negotiable Basic Salary (depending on experience) + Incentives + MA and Pension
